My Adventures with Lyrica, Begining Savella

In April I came off Lyrica after having been on it since August. I started out with a small dose and was kept on it for a long time. It didn't really make a difference. After the does was doubled to 150mg per day I began to see the difference. The pain was less. I did have increased fibro fog though, and I began having moodswings, nightmares and hallucinations.

For me the hurt was more than the help so I cam off it. I am not trying to discourage or scare anyone off from this medicine, because everyone is different. It can be helpful. My aunt that also has fibro is on it and it's making her life easier again and she is doing really well on it. On the other hand she couldn't tolerate Savella.

Anyways, I post this 1.Because I haven't posted in ages, and 2.Because I have just been prescribed Savella. I will be posting over the next few weeks how Savella affects me, hoping that the info can help someone out there.
